What to expect

Get ready to this incredible group tour. This tour will take you from the sights of Paganism to Christianity. We will cover all the beautiful religious impressions in Armenia.

The first place on the itinerary is near the arch of Yeghishe Charents, a famous Armenian poet and activist. Moving forward, the areas we will cover include the Pagan temple of Garni and Geghard monastery. Garni temple is the only Pagan temple in the post-Soviet region. It is one of the higher levels in front of the Azat river gorge and was the summer accommodation for the former Armenian Kings. Today, the ruins present here will amaze you, and surprisingly it was also the home of a Roman bath house.

In contrast, Geghard Monastery is an excellent place that shows 13th-century Armenia. The architecture of this golden time is worth visiting. Here is some information about St. Geghard; it represents the well-known lance used in the Roman Centurion for piercing Jesus' post-crucifixion. Moreover, this place got a place in UNESCO World Heritage.

You will also have “Lavash” baking and tasting experience.
