What to expect

Venice lies roughly six hours around the Gulf of Trieste from Pula, Croatia by rail. This tour saves you about three hours of travel each way with a direct high-speed catamaran ride across the Adriatic Sea.

After you disembark, take a guided tour of St. Mark’s Square and explore the city on your own. Learn about the history of Venice landmarks and discover the best spots of the city, like its calli.

The departure from Pula will be at 7.30am, and you will arrive in the Venetian Lagoon at 10.15am. Here you can choose the boat transfer (optional and at a cost) and see the magnificent entrance into the Canal Grande. If you decide not to book this trip, a guide will walk with you to the city center, where you will enjoy a free guided tour of St. Mark's Square. At 12.45pm you will have some free time to walk to the Rialto bridge. The meeting to return to Pula will be at 4pm.
