Massimo, your host, is a rare breed in Italy. A proud sailor, though, sadly, the last in a long line of sailors in his family. He invites you to try the traditional food a Venetian sailor would call dinner, featuring many delights from the deep world.
Try an ancient sardine recipe that has been around this area for millennia. Enjoy cuttlefish, grilled prawns, mackerel and as much freshly caught fish as Massimo can feed you as he hosts you in his beautiful ancient home!

- Aperitif: Spritz served with traditional Venetian chichetti
- Main dishes: Deep fried shrimp with lemon, served on a bed of polenta; Sarde in saor, sardines cooked in the style of ancient Venetian seamen; Handmade pasta with fresh fish, usually canoce, a shellfish from the Northern Adriatic Sea; Mackeral, baked in foil with leek; Cuttlefish and polenta; Grilled prawns, served on a slightly spicy pumpkin mousse
