Your experience will include samplings of Dashi (Japanese soup stock), Tamagoyaki (egg roll), Wagashi (Japanese dessert), and many more. You'll enjoy exploring a special regional food shop and a delicious lunch at a restaurant adored by locals.
Next, you'll enjoy an authentic Japanese “must-do” activity, a Wagashi experience. A Wagashi master will make an intricately hand-crafted dessert in front of you. Wagashi are traditional Japanese cakes also known as the “art of the five senses.” These desserts offer a layer-up-layer of enjoyment with their beautiful design, delicate sweetness, and pleasant taste. This will be served with very high-quality Matcha.
