This is one of Norway's most popular hike, and it's not without a reason. Join this hike, explore the nature, and admire the scenic view from the top. The trail is well marked and easy to follow, but - depending on the weather - the rocks may become slippery in some of the more demanding areas. Some hiking experience is desirable, but not mandatory.
After the pick-up, your tour will start with a 40-minute car ride to the trailhead at the Preikestolen parking. You'll be driven through the world's longest and deepest undersea tunnel, which will allow you and your hiking group to quickly overcome the water area between Stavanger and the hiking trail. Parts of the drive will also be along one of the fjords close to Stavanger and the Norwegian countryside.
The hike up will then take around 2 to 3 hours. Once at Pulpit Rock, there will be time to admire the view and the beautiful nature all around, take some photos, and enjoy your packed lunch, with some drinks and snacks. The hike back will likely also take around 2 to 3 hours, with the expected arrival time in Stavanger around 3/4pm.
