Sarajevo

Sarajevo is the capital of Bosnia and Herzegovina and the largest city of the country. Surrounded by the Dinaric Alps, it is located in the heart of Southeastern Europe, having the Miljacka River running through it. Sarajevo is the cultural center of Balkans and offers a great variety of historical, religious and cultural sites for travelers. Some of the main attractions in the country are the Vrelo Bosne park, the Sarajevo cathedral, and the Gazi Husrev-beg's Mosque. The city is also famous for its long and rich history of cultural and religious diversity.
