Sign up for this workshop if you want to master two iconic elements of Italian cuisine: pasta and tiramisù.
Tiramisu is the king of Italian desserts. Royal yes, but humble as well. The ingredients in fact are simple and genuine: savoiardi (ladyfingers), mascarpone cheese and eggs. You will follow your chef instructor, who will lead you to the second part of the workshop: making the famous Fettuccine from scratch. Starting from eggs and flour, you will end up having your own Italian pasta.
The chef will show you which kind of pasta you can prepare with this recipe, including the cut of the pasta, from tagliolini, the tiny one, to pappardelle, the largest. After the workshop, you'll choose your topping sauce (amatriciana, cacio e pepe, etc.) and relax with a good glass of wine, while the chef will cook your pasta in the restaurant's kitchen.
