The inside story
Porto Airport, also known as Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport, is an international airport close to the city of Porto (Oporto), Portugal. The airport is the second busiest in the country and serves both domestic and international flights. It has just one modern passenger terminal where you can find a diverse range of high-quality services for anyone passing through for business, leisure, or even just a layover. The airport is home to many shops, including well-known brands and a duty-free store, and also has a wide selection of food and drink options.
There are a variety of different transport options to get you to and from the city of Porto. The city center is located approximately 6 miles away from the airport and can be reached by metro, bus, shuttle, or taxi. The fastest way to reach the city center is by shuttle transfer or taxi which takes around 20-30 minutes, depending on the traffic or time of day.
