Next, it's time for creating ingredients into Javanese dishes like Bamie made with spaghetti, Telo made from yuca and saltfish, or marinated chicken skewers called Sate. For the vegetarians, the option includes the vegetable and peanut sauce dish of Pitjil, Saoto with or without egg, and a snack called Bakabana made from fried plantains with peanut sauce.
