The "panadas", an authentic Sardinian gastronomic treasure, consist of a crispy dough enveloping wholesome and healthy ingredients, such as : pork meat; shrimps and zucchini; zucchini, peppers and eggplants; artichokes and potatoes. Thanks to this workshop, you'll experience the artisanal preparation of panadas faithfully following the tradition. From the creation of the pastry sheet and the filling to the closing of the dough bundle with a delicate seam, you'll transform each panada into an authentic masterpiece of Sardinian cuisine.
At the end of the cooking, you'll also be able to taste what you'll have prepared and taste your panadas along with a good glass of wine, Vermentino or Cannonau. This experience is the perfect combination of traditional culinary culture and the genuine flavors of Sardinia.
