- Niagara City Cruises boat rides officially start for the season on May 1, 2025. Tours taking place before May 1st will visit the Skylon Tower in lieu of the boat ride. The Skylon Tower offers incredible views of the Falls from above. There is limited restroom availability
- Ponchos are included and available on the boat. You will get close to the waterfall, be prepared to get wet
- You will have to pass through security control
- Sites on this tour are subject to occasional closures. If modifications are needed and time permits, the local operator will reach out to you before the tour
- The local tour operator complies with all local government regulations. Please refer to local government guidelines for the most up-to-date information
- Car parks in Niagara Falls are limited and frequently reach capacity by midday. It is recommended to use a taxi or ride-hailing service to arrive at the meeting point. However, there are a number of paid car parks in the area, the closest being on Hiram Street. There is no available parking at Bird Kingdom
