Start your journey at the Park, an emblematic park in Marseille that offers you natural spaces spread over several hectares. Along the way, Aleppo pines, holm oaks, laurel, thyme, a variety of juniper and other emblematic species of the Callanques Natural Park will be presented by the guide. Then, start the ascent to the goat pass, at 215 m altitude.
Once at the top, it will be the ideal time to have a picnic and enjoy the panorama. After lunch, descend through the magnificent cliffs. At the beginning, some of the exposed passages will require your full vigilance. Explore the many caves as the vegetation starts to change.
Throughout the hike your guide will talk about environmental issues, the geology of the park and how humans have contributed to changes in the coastal environment. Once in the cove, enjoy a well-deserved break to relax. Even in the spring or autumn, a dip (or a dive for the bravest) in the turquoise waters is possible!
