You'll explore the permanent collection of the Museum which traces the history of Western painting from its beginnings in the 13th century to the last decades of the 20th century. You'll admire works by Rubens, Rembrandt, Caravaggio, Monet, Renoir, Van Gogh, Kandinsky, Cézanne and many other famous artists.
The Carmen Thyssen Collection also includes works by Canaletto, Fragonard, Courbet, Boudin, Monet, Sisley, Renoir, Degas, Gauguin, Rodin, Matisse, Picasso and Kirchner. Moreover, until the 15th of January 2023, you'll have the chance to admire the temporary exhibition Picasso/Chanel, one of the greatest events to celebrate the 50th anniversary of Picasso's death.
