What to expect

See 30+ London landmarks on one incredible walking tour, and learn the history, culture, and legends of one of Europe’s best-loved cities.

You will start in Westminster, where you will head through Green Park to Buckingham Palace and see the world-famous Changing of the Guard ceremony (certain days only).

You'll then head up the Royal Mall, past Prince Charles' house (Clarence House), and on to Trafalgar Square. You'll gaze up at Admiral Nelson and then head down Whitehall, past Downing street, to Parliament Square. Sights we'll see along the way include Westminster Abbey, Big Ben, and the Houses of Parliament.

Next, you'll go to the London Bridge and walk toward Southwark on the South Bank. You will get to see Shakespeare’s Globe Theatre, HMS Belfast, Tower Bridge, and the Tower of London plus many other sights along the way.

NOTE: Changing of the Guard will take place daily in June & July, otherwise only on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Sundays. 10am tour only.

Meeting point:

Please meet outside of the Ritz hotel (150 Piccadilly, W1J 9BR) next to 2 red telephone boxes and 2 souvenir stands, underneath one of the Ritz signs. The nearest tube station is Green Park Underground station. When you get to Green Park Underground station, take the left-hand exit. You'll see a set of stairs and a ramp leading out of the station. Take the stairs up and walk towards the Ritz Hotel.

The Changing of the Guard Ceremony is daily in June and July, otherwise Monday, Wednesday, and Friday (book the 10 am tour start time for this experience)
