Your Farm-to-Table Gastronomy experience starts with a guided tour of a farm to see how your food grows. The organic produce has been tested and proven 100% free of any chemical residues. You'll then arrive at the open air kitchen for the main attraction of the day, the 7 course Farm to Table menu. From each signature vegetable of the garden, you'll taste a different starter or salad. For the main course all the signature vegetables are blended into one balanced main dish. The Farm-to-Table Greek cuisine menu is paired with selected bottled white wine from a local vineyard.

Salads: Dakos salad (dry rusks with crushed tomato), Tzatziki
Hot starters: Rolled aubergines with Feta cheese, Zucchinis with tomatoes and onions, Peppers with vinegar, Goat cheese with honey and cinnamon
