You should be in good physical condition to participate in this activity. You should be comfortable in the water, enjoy hiking, and not be afraid to get wet and muddy. Those with bad backs, joints, or recent surgeries should not participate
Women who are 20 weeks pregnant or more on the date of the tour are not allowed to participate
Expect 4 miles of paddling and 1.5 miles of hiking round trip
Tours go out, rain or shine. Trail conditions can be muddy and slippery at times. Guests are exposed to stream crossings, stepping over roots, rocks, etc.
