This unique culinary experience at Casa Romantica – a family-run, MICHELIN Guide restaurant – will leave your senses tingling. With a carefully crafted menu, savour an eight-course feast of dishes designed to showcase the flavour and culture of the Canaries.

Menu:

Snacks and Cold Appetizers: Citrus-cured tuna bathed in guava marinade, rabbit foie gras mousse with seasonal sweets, cochafisco and cilantro mojo sauce, fish and seaweed brandade, and rabbit in salmorejo, all served with our signature bread and butter.

First Course: Dressed tomatoes

Second Course: Marimonte tagliatelle, a unique creation of squid tagliatelle in a snail and aromatic herbs sauce

Third Course: Risotto made with Agaete shrimps, enhanced with an emulsion of their corals, thyme, lemon, and yolks cured in red wine from Los Berrazales

Fourth Course: Traditional Escaldón of gofio with roasted seasonal fish, gofio foam, and fish stock

Fifth Course: Crispy suckling pig accompanied by a sauce of its own juices and apple presented in various textures

Sixth Course: A tasting of Gran Canarian cheeses paired with sweet wine

Seventh Course: Assortment of citrus fruits

Eighth Course: Chocolate and coffee petit four from Agaete, complemented by coffee from the valley of Agaete
