It is a mandatory requirement that all guests download the Village Roadshow Theme Parks app, load their tickets and complete the QLD Government COVID Safe Contract Tracing form prior to arrival. A Village Roadshow must be first used within 12 months from the date of purchase (failing which it will be deemed void and not able to be used)
A photo of you will be taken at your first entry point, and you will receive a photo ID pass to use for your remaining entries. The pass is strictly non-transferable to another guest
