Visit some rooms of the famous Palace, and meet your professional chefs who will teach you all the secrets of the original Ligurian pesto. With this culinary immersion, you will prepare pesto with a stone mortar and all the fresh ingredients for its preparation.
When the pesto is ready, you will be able to taste it with some excellent traditional Ligurian focaccia, accompanied by a tasting of local wine.
