You will then be guided through the property and vineyard to pick fresh vegetables and aromatic herbs from the vegetable garden. The history of the villa, as well as the process of producing wine and extra virgin olive oil, will be explained.
Next, it's time to wash hands, don aprons, and begin the cooking experience. Participants will prepare a full menu according to old traditions, including homemade pasta, using recipes from Lulu’s grandmother. This hands-on.
You will also taste the extra virgin olive oil produced by Lulu’s family for three generations, made from 100% Coratina olives from Apulia.
