Enjoy your day in Abu Dhabi to the fullest on this ideal introduction to the United Arab Emirates' capital. The city of Abu Dhabi is situated on an island and its name translates into: “Father of the Gazelle”. The day starts with a stop at the Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque, the striking Mosque can accommodate an impressive number of over 30,000 worshipers. The exquisite white structure features marble, intricate Islamic art and carvings and extensive landscaping.
Next up is Yas Island and its red Ferrari covered park, before stopping at the Yas Mall. Here you can enjoy lunch (only if lunch option is selected), or you can stroll around the shopping mall and choose another lunch option on your own. Afterward, you'll head to the Saadiyat Island project and drive through the district where the Louvre and Guggenheim museums are being built. During the day, you will also visit the fruit and dates market in Abu Dhabi harbor, drive along the spectacular Corniche and stop by the Heritage Village. The museum of the Heritage Village depicts the traditional daily activities of the Arab community prior to the discovery of oil.
In the afternoon, you'll head up back to Dubai passing again through the Yas Island, before arriving to Dubai after approximately 1.5 hours.
