Sit back in the lounge area and let them tell you the secrets of the truffle, from ecosystem to excavation method.
After a bit of theory, it's time for practice!
Head over to a landscaped area of the park, where you can observe the work of Julio or Elfe, their dogs trained in truffle hunting. Trust their senses and watch them dig up the black gold of the Dukes of Burgundy!
You can then enjoy a five-course lunch all made with truffles, from starter to dessert, cooked on site.
Sample menu, which may vary according to the season:
Aperitif: Tapenade toast, truffle sausage and a glass of ratatruffe
Starter: Rabbit terrine, parsley ham, and poultry rillettes all made with Burgundy truffle with a side of green salad and fresh truffle slices
Main dish: Chicken fillet and its Burgundy truffle sauce with a side of mashed potatoes with truffle butter
Cheese: Small goat's cheese bouchons topped with truffled honey, fresh cheese mixed with Burgundy truffle
Dessert: Profiteroles filled with truffle ice cream
