(Sultansazlığı Birds Paradıse – Kapuzbaşı Waterfalls, Erciyes Mountain and Kayseri City Tours)

The mass amount of cold water coming from the mountain creates 5 big and 2 small waterfalls that first reach SUARASI stream and then reach ZAMANTI river. DAY 2: Depart the hotel after having organic fresh breakfast. Visit the most historical and biggest city in Cappadocia, Kayseri. Marvel at hunat hatun complex, which is one of the best samples of Anatolian Seljuk’s artifacts together with unique mosque, admirable madrasa, unusual tombs and traditional Turkish bath. The complex was built in 1237 – 1246 by the donations of Mahperi Hatun who was the wife of Sultan Alaaddin Keykubat. Amaze at historical Grand Bazaar located in the city center and have spare time for shopping. Enjoy the fantastic Kayseri cuisine full with delicious local food. Have a spectacular tour at the historical Gevher Nesibe Medical Museum which had a great fame for the healing techniques including water therapy, phytotherapeutics. Drive for extra-ordinary Armenian Surp Krikor church which was built in 1191. As it is the only active church in Cappadocia and accepted as a spiritual center for local Armenians. Follow the authentic historical silk road on the way back to the hotel in Cappadocia and en route, visit the outstanding Seljuk caravanserai which dates back to 13th century, where the merchants used to accommodate together with the camels as very safe and comfortable.
