Explore the beautiful mountain Vangsvatnet lake by kayak. Rent your kayak and enjoy the freedom to decide your own route and speed.

Meet at the outdoor base to pick up your kayak. You will receive a short safety briefing and then walk your kayak to the lake. Head off and paddle around to admire the stunning sceneries of the picturesque Vangsvatnet lake. You will find the kayak easy to use and stable in the water, so it does not matter if you are experienced or a first-timer.

At the end of your rental time, head back to the base to drop off your kayak.

What to remember

You must be able to swim and have normal physical health
A weight limit of 150 kg is set for this tour
This tour requires a minimum age of 4 years
At checkout, you can choose for a rental of 1-hour, 2-hours, 3-hours, 5-hours, 1-day, 2-days, 3-day or 4-hours
At the base you can choose for either a 2-seat or 4-seat kayak
You can pick up your kayak board 10 minutes before your rental time and must drop it back off before 5.30 pm
You must sign a waiver liability form, an adult guardian must sign a waiver liability form for children under the age of 18
Children under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult in the same watercraft
Please bring swimming clothes, thermal underwear (in case of colder weather), a spare set of clothes
Remember to bring some snacks, water, suncream, and sunglasses
