Explore the antiquities of Petra on this guided tour! You'll walk through one kilometer gorge of the Siq which constitutes the entrance to the city and admire the golden dazzling colors of the rock formations around you. You'll admire the monuments carved into the pink rock facades by the Nabatean population over 2000 years ago while proving their extraordinary engineering skills as well as the trading ones.
You'll then reach the temple of Al Khazneh and discover the elaborate rock-cut tombs decorated with intricate carvings, or the magnificent Roman-style theater, the sacrificial altars and the streets surrounded by colonnades.
After, you'll enjoy the panoramic view from the Ad Deir Monastery and learn about Petra's history at the Archaeological Museum and Nabataean Museum. Before going back to your hotel, you'll have some time to buy traditional souvenirs made by the artisans of Wady Musa, or you can visit a nearby area where Bedu communities live.
