From the grain of wheat to flours, from a real mill to domestic tools, passing through the first industrial production and modern technologies, closing with a wide range of vintage advertisements: a 360° look at the universe of pasta to underline the role that this food, synonymous with Italy in the world, has played and continues to play in Italian gastronomy, art and culture.
By selecting the private tour option, it will be possible to be accompanied as individuals, families or small groups by the qualified staff of the Pasta Museum for a visit lasting about 45 minutes.
