After being picked up in Matera, you will travel to Alberobello, where you will meet your guide.
A driver will accompany you to the City of Trulli. Once in Alberobello, you'll meet your local guide. You'll visit the Monumental Zone of the Trulli, called "Rione Monti", famous for the presence of more than a thousand Trulli. These traditional dry stone huts with a corbeled roof are nowadays used as souvenir shops, craft shops, bars and restaurants.
The Belvedere will be your next stop: you'll take in the view from this panoramic terrace, and you'll have the opportunity to take some great shots. Afterward, you'll go to the House of Love, known as Casa d'Amore. This is a national monument since 1930, and it's an example of the architectural transition from the first Trullo to the nineteenth-century houses. The Trullo church of Sant'Antonio, which is situated in the city's highest point, will be the final stop on your journey. You'll enjoy some free time for lunch at your leisure.
After that, the driver will take you back to Matera
