Local foods in Hue are known and enjoyed by the tourists once setting foot here. In Hue, these cuisines are very popular and sold everywhere in all streets. And these cuisines are considered as a unique culture and introduced to every tourist.
We will firstly taste Hue Specialty - "Banh Khoai" - Hue crispy pancake. People said that this is a "happy cake" because it resembles a big smile when it is folded like a "Taco". Go around to view the nightlife in Hue via not too busy streets to come to another restaurant for "Bun Bo Hue" - Hue beef vermicelli soup of which name is to recognize the original region dish but you can find that elsewhere in Vietnam recent years because of its fame. We then go to a small private family restaurant for a series of specialties including "Banh Bot Loc" - filtered tapioca dumplings, "Banh Beo" - literally water fern cake, "Banh Nam" - steamed shrimp rice cake, "Banh Ram It" - Sticky rice dumplings on a fried dumpling and drink iced green tea giving you a very authentic experience.
After tasting most of Hue's famous specialties, we will take a walk in the walking area for sightseeing, walking, shopping, or enjoying countless Hue specialties.
