The hub of the village is undoubtedly the main square, Plaça de la Constitució, fringed with vibrant cafés and restaurants. On warm days, the square is usually thronged with locals and visitors, making it a top spot to people-watch and soak up the relaxed island atmosphere. Then, it's on to the lookout of Es Mirador. As Formentera's highest point, it's the best spot to grab selfies. On a clear day, you'll even see Ibiza on the horizon.Next up is a visit to the family-run Terramoll winery in La Mola. Here, after a guided tour of the vineyards and wine cellar, you'll tuck into locally produced nibbles such as cheese, cold-cuts and olives. And, a trip to a winery wouldn't be complete without trying some of the fruits of its labour, with tastings of red, white and rosé wine rounding off the tour.
