You will depart from Delhi at 3.00am to reach the world-famous UNESCO World Heritage Site of Taj Mahal just in time to experience a beautiful sunrise. In the early morning glow, the Taj Mahal looks like a fairytale. Be prepared for a truly unforgettable sight.
As beautiful as the site is, ironically, the structure was built by the Mughal Emperor Shah Jahan as a memorial to his deceased wife as an expression of grief. Built in white marble, inlaid with precious stones, the Taj Mahal shelters Shah Jahan and Mumtaz, who lie united in death here.
You will then proceed to the UNESCO World Heritage Site of Agra Fort, built by the Mughal Emperor, Akbar. Finally, you will be accompanied to an Indian restaurant for a hearty meal (on direct payment) before driving back to your hotel in Delhi.
