Sail around the historical small islands of Sivota, and imagine the great naval battle between the Corfiots and the Corinthians that took place in the summer of 432 B.C. Many of the vessels sunk in the fighting still lie at the bottom of the sea. Soon afterwards, arrive at the picturesque Blue Lagoon bay, where historians say Arabian pirates moored their ships in the Middle Ages. Drop anchor close to the beach, giving you the opportunity to swim in the lagoon’s exotic blue waters. In Parga, a large picturesque village, you marvel at the beautiful colorful architecture, delve into its rich history, and bask in its rare natural beauty. Wander through its interlaced beaches, emerald waters, calm bays, olive groves, and enjoy the healthy climate and romantic side streets.
