Gli antichi miti greci prendono vita durante questo tour della valle del fiume Acheronte. Raggiungerete il bellissimo villaggio di pescatori di Ammoudia per una crociera lungo questo fiume leggendario - conosciuto come Stige in epoca classica - e proseguirete fino al villaggio di Gliki e alle famose sorgenti dell'Acheronte.

L'Acheronte era conosciuto dagli antichi come Stige ed era uno dei cinque fiumi degli inferi. Nelle sue acque fu immerso il piccolo Achille, che divenne così uno degli immortali. Circondato da alberi e con colori che vanno dal verde smeraldo al turchese tropicale, il fiume sfocia nell'incredibile baia di Ammoudia.

Qui salirete a bordo di una barca fluviale per una crociera, seguendo il percorso di eroi mitici come Ercole e Ulisse. Ci dirigeremo poi verso l'entroterra fino al villaggio di Glyki per un pranzo tradizionale greco in una taverna sul fiume. Nel pomeriggio, un'escursione guidata vi porterà alle sorgenti dell'Acheronte.
