The day starts at the highest point of the island in Agios Donatos, for a chance to snap some panoramic views. After, you'll head to Karya, a charming village nestled amidst the mountains. You'll have time here to grab some lunch, discover the village's quaint streets, or even drop by the local folklore museum.On our way back, we'll drive through Vafkeri, with a stop by a nearby viewpoint offering spectacular views of the Prigiponisia Islands.

Mixing history, nature and mythology, this full day tour takes you to see some mainland gems, which are only a stone's throw from Lefkada. You'll take photos in Nicopolis, cross the River Acheron by boat and wind up at the pretty seaside town of Parga.After crossing over to mainland Greece, you'll make a photo stop by the Early Christian Walls of ancient Nicopolis. Learn about this ‘City of Victory' and take a few pics before heading to Ammoudia. Here, you'll board a boat and glide on one of the most mythical landmarks of the ancient world – the River Acheron. Legend said it was where the souls of the dead would pass through to Hades and the underworld. It's also home to many species of birds.And finally, you'll reach Parga, known as the ‘jewel of Epirus'. Lefkas is an island of secrets, pure nature and hidden villages that will bring your senses to life. You'll set off on a full day tour in search of waterfalls in Demosari ravine, the old monastery of St Ioannis at Rodaki and the seaside village of Sivota.

Ionian Star Island Hopping Cruise

The allure of shimmering blue waters and isolated Ionian islands will be too much to resist on this full day island-hopping tour from Lefkas. This transfer will take you into the heart of the action, where you'll have the evening to explore at your own pace – from the most important monuments to the legendary ‘Sunset Boulevard' at sundown.Walk through the 'cantounia' – narrow flagstoned streets – of the old town, where traditional houses of wood coated with zinc still stand. Pause before picture-postcard churches with interiors richly decorated with frescoes and icons. See the Charamoglios Library and other historic attractions, too.And then there are the shops and tavernas – each one adding to the charming streetscape. Next up is Faneromeni Monastery, which boasts great views over the capital and lagoon.Then we'll head along the west coast to Agios Nikitas.
